有些宠主肯定有遇到过这个问题，狗狗晚上经常乱叫扰民，宠主自己也睡不着。那怎么办呢？其实只要宠主学会下面这些办法，就能安心睡觉了！

1、开一个小灯

狗狗刚到你家，因为离开熟悉环境来到陌生环境，所以难免感到恐惧导致晚上乱叫的。这时宠主可以把狗狗关进笼子里，给狗狗开一个小灯，必要时甚至可以给狗狗听一些收音机，适当的灯光和声音能让幼犬安心，不再乱叫。

2、用东西分散狗狗注意力

当狗狗乱叫扰民时，宠主其实可以拿东西分散狗狗的注意，比如给它最爱的玩具、骨头等，总是越难咬的东西越好。这样狗狗一晚上就顾着咬这些东西了，没有感到不安心，就不会再乱叫了。

3、严厉惩戒狗狗

当狗狗乱叫时，宠主还可以严厉惩戒狗狗，让狗狗知道乱叫是会得到惩罚的，如果不叫是可以得到奖励的。当然惩戒时，一定要严厉一点，让狗狗知道乱叫得到的惩戒是比较重的，就不会再胡乱叫唤了。

4、白天多消耗狗狗精力

狗狗精力很旺盛，如果白天没得到运动，晚上就会不停叫。因此宠主不想狗狗扰民，在白天就要多消耗狗狗精力，带狗狗出门运动，还要多做些消耗体力的游戏和训练，记得用些零食做奖励，这样到了晚上，狗狗就没有多余的精力来叫唤了。

5、狗狗睡前要吃饱喝足

有些狗在晚上乱叫，是因为它感到饥饿和渴，因此宠主要给狗狗准备充足的水和食物，这样狗狗吃饱喝足就不会再乱叫了。当然狗狗不仅要吃饱喝足，还要吃好喝好，因此宠主最好给狗狗准备凉白开，狗粮也最好选择些优质且营养均衡的。
