核桃仁怎么去皮？ 徒手剥出完整核桃仁

我们先准备几颗核桃，蒸锅开大火，等蒸锅上汽后，将核桃都放进去，盖好锅盖，大火蒸五分钟左右，5分钟时间是不能把核桃蒸熟的，甚至半熟都没有达到，所以不用考虑这个问题。
