【需要的食材】:全麦饼皮3张、韭菜1把、鸡蛋3个、盐、食用油;
详细的制作过程:
1、准备全麦饼皮,我用了两张荞麦饼皮和一张黑全麦饼皮,平时是冷冻保存的,取出来缓着就行了,也可以直接用,因为它特别薄,稍微受热就软了;
2、韭菜摘洗干净后切碎备用;
3、把切碎的韭菜取一部分放在容器里,加一个鸡蛋,少许盐,搅拌均匀;
4、搅拌好的韭菜鸡蛋液放到一边备用,这就是我们要做的韭菜盒子馅了。
5、平底炒锅上火烧热,刷一层食用油,放一张饼皮;
6、紧接着将拌好的韭菜鸡蛋液倒在饼皮的一侧,要注意留出饼的边;
7、将另一侧饼皮叠过来,对折,边上按压粘紧,这样韭菜鸡蛋液就被包裹在里面了;
8、小火烙至馅料熟透就可以了。全麦卷饼皮是熟的,韭菜也是可以生吃的,只需要把鸡蛋液烙熟,即使小火也是很快就凝固了;
