家中的绿萝叶子干枯，应该怎么办?首先要弄明白是什么原因干枯，是长时间缺水干枯还是浇水过多，阳光直射，这都会导致绿萝叶子干枯。

一、浇水过多

浇水过多很容易烂根。根系腐烂，上面的叶子。吸收不到水分和养分，就会干枯。如果是这原因，需要及时的通风和换土。把腐烂的全部剪掉，更换新土，重新扦插上盆。

二、浇水过少

有些人怕绿萝烂根，就很少浇水。绿萝长时间不浇水，缺水就会叶子耷拉干枯。如果是这原因最好先浇透水，也可以浸盆，让它吸足水，放在通风阴凉处，不是太严重，过不多时就会缓过来的。

三、阳光直射

绿萝是不喜欢阳光直射的植物，你把它放在有阳光的地方，过不了几天它的叶子就会发黄干枯。它只能接收散射光或者背光，比较耐阴，喜欢潮湿的环境。最好是卫生间这种地方，长势会很好。

想要绿萝叶子碧绿肥厚，根茎粗壮，可以不时向绿萝叶子喷雾，保持湿润环境，还能去除叶子上的灰尘，也可用啤酒稀释擦拭叶片，平时施含氮量比较多的肥料，也可以用稀释营养液浇灌。
