颉颃「 xié háng」; (颉亢)
释义：
1、鸟儿上下翻飞，“不相上下”。
2、抗衡，对抗，较量。
3、倔强，傲慢。
深情指数：四星。 谁在送谁呢？
“颉颃”出自《诗·邶风·燕燕》：燕燕于飞，颉之颃之。之子于归，远送于野。瞻望弗及，泣涕如雨。
《燕燕》是《诗经》中极其优美的抒情篇章。宋代许顗赞叹其艺术感染力“真可以泣鬼神”！（《彦周诗话》）；清代王士禛说，这诗是“万古送别之祖”（《带经堂诗话》）。
多情自古伤离别，可这是谁在送谁呢？

自从《毛诗序》把《燕燕》解释成“卫庄姜送归妾”，后来的人们把春秋时卫、陈两国的跨国婚姻引出的“宫斗戏”讲了又讲，还留下一个“大义灭亲”的故事。
朱熹也在《诗集传》中继续臆造了“庄姜无子，以陈女戴妫之子完为己子。庄公卒，完即位。嬖人之子州吁弑之，故戴妫大归于陈。而庄姜送之，作此诗也”。
这剧本写得倒也简炼！
唐· 许浑 《孤雁》：昔年双颉颃，池上霭春晖。
即使如此，《朱子语类》也由衷地称赞，自由欢畅的燕燕翻飞，“譬如画工一般，直是写得他精神出”，“后人多许咏燕诗，无有能及者”。（明·陈舜百《读风臆补》）
这“燕燕二语，深婉可诵”，李白送朋友、苏轼送兄弟、张先送情侣，一样的深情。
只是，在《毛诗》中，“人间至情”好像有原罪一样；而对《诗经· 国风》中诸多动人情诗的曲解，《毛诗》是真的有罪！
凤兮凤兮归故乡，遨游四海求其皇。
时未遇兮无所将，何悟今兮升斯堂！
有艳淑女在闺房，室迩人遐毒我肠。
何缘交颈为鸳鸯，胡颉颃兮共翱翔！
